Pregnancy can be a wonderful time for expecting moms, but it is also a period of time that is going to be uncomfortable. The most trying time for many pregnant women is during the summer months, when heat and humidity increase. Expect your feet to swell, your hormones to bounce around, and sweating to become the norm. Most women do not view a visit to their OB/GYN (Obstetrics and Gynecologist) as something enjoyable even though it helps keep them healthy. Healthcare providers want young women to visit the OB/GYN when they become sexually active or when they turn 18.
